These policies apply to every Nu Prana Reiki retreat booking. By reserving a place you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Booking, Payment and Cancellation

 

Deposit

• A 50 %  non-refundable deposit secures your place.

 

Balance

• The remaining 50% is due seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival. If the balance is not received on time the booking is cancelled automatically and the deposit is forfeited.

 

Payment method

• Payment details will be sent to you before registration. We will send you a confirmation once we have received your payment,

Taxes

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupee ₹ (INR). Taxes, if applicable, will be added to your invoice.

 

Transfers

• You may transfer your confirmed booking to another person by providing written notice at least fourteen (14) days before the retreat start date. One transfer is allowed per booking.

 

Guest-initiated cancellation

• All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may use the transfer option above; otherwise all amounts paid are forfeited.

 

 

2. Code of Conduct

 

We maintain a respectful, collaborative environment. You agree to:

• Follow daily schedules and instructions from the retreat team.

• Respect fellow participants, staff and local communities.

• Comply with Indian law and local regulations.

 

Serious or repeated breaches may result in your removal from the retreat without refund.

 

 

3. Liability and Health Waiver

• Participation in all activities (including but not limited to Reiki sessions, yoga, meditation, hikes and excursions) is entirely at your own risk.

• You must disclose any medical condition, injury or allergy that could affect your participation.

• A doctor’s note confirming fitness to join is required for significant health conditions.

• You are responsible for obtaining personal travel insurance that covers medical treatment, accident and trip interruption.

 

 

4. Photo and Video Release

Nu Prana Reiki may photograph or film retreat activities. By attending you grant us the unrestricted right to use such images or recordings—including those that feature you—for marketing and promotional purposes, in any medium, without further compensation.

 

 

5. Force Majeure (Acts of God)

Events beyond our reasonable control—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, extreme weather, or civil unrest—may require us to modify, postpone or cancel the retreat. In these circumstances Nu Prana Reiki may, at its discretion, offer a full refund, credit, or rescheduled dates. We are not liable for additional expenses you incur as a result of such changes.

 

 

6. Privacy Policy

• We collect only the information needed to process your booking and keep you informed.

• We do not sell or rent your personal data. Basic data may be shared with trusted service providers solely for retreat operations.

• Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

• Cookies: This website may use cookies to enhance your user experience. By continuing to use our website, you consent to the use of cookies for functional purposes.

 

 

7. Website Terms and Intellectual Property

All text, images and media on nupranareiki.com are the intellectual property of Nu Prana Reiki unless credited otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit site content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of the site or its content may give rise to a claim for damages.

8. What Is Not Included

Unless explicitly stated in the retreat description, the following are not included:

• International or domestic flights

• Airport transfers

• Travel and medical insurance

• Visa fees

• Personal shopping or souvenirs

• Spa or wellness treatments beyond the scheduled program

• Alcoholic beverages

• Additional nights or room upgrades

• Any expenses of a purely personal nature

 

 

9. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your booking or participation shall, if not resolved amicably, be submitted to the competent courts in India.
